4th September 2003 - Clear
Blue Skies
Clear blue skies and plenty to photograph.
Started at Loughborough for 6M87, then over to Cathiron for 37042 on cartics.
Also managed to bag 86233, and Rfd 90 on passenger and a rake of 325 units while
waiting for the 37.
6th September 2003 - 40145
in Blue
40145's first mainline outing in BR blue. Her
southbound run was in poor light, but the weather brightened up for the return
which was photographed at Marston near Grantham.
7th September 2003 - Serco
47's
A Sunday morning Serco working. This turned
out to be the last time I managed to photograph EWS 47/7's on a Serco.
12th September 2003 - Random
Pendo Drag
This was the day that 55019 dragged the
prototype Deltic from the NRM to Barrow Hill. There is no shot of it here, as
the only time I was in position to photograph the working in sun, a HST went the
other way and blocked me! So the only thing I got on this day was 47292 on a
Pendo drag.

Haul Tug
I had settled for a lazy Saturday, but the
gen that 60059 was working to Stud Farm soon got me out of bed!
