L28 is seen heading along the 'up' Network Rail Chiltern Line at Neasden South Junction with train 540, an 0000 Ruislip Depot to West
Hampstead engineering train. It is very unsual to see a London Underground engineering train on this line, but it was necessary in order
to get the trains alongside the worksite at West Hampstead. Seven trains reached the site via this line, crossing over from London
Underground to Network Rail tracks at Harrow-on-the-Hill. L32 is in the foreground on the rear of train 541.
