Transport for London support the Royal British Legion each year and adorn many trains and buses with poppies. Transplant, the
engineering train operating arm of London Underground were rightly proud that several of their locos were adorned with poppies, and
in this view, loco L51 proudly displays its poppy at South Harrow while working train 627, a Ruislip Depot to Arsenal engineering train.
Alongside is a Rayners Lane bound train of 1973 Tube Stock, also displaying a poppy. Sadly, due to the pandemic, fewer people will see
these poppies on display, so I hope this view helps to publicise their application as we remember all those who faught for our freedom.
