When I was a kid, Spalding Tulip Festival used to produce loads of extra trains, many of which were loco hauled by all sorts of exotic
motive power. By 1987, the number of trains had seriously dwindled, along with a lot of the sidings in and around the station area. I
seem to recall there was only one or two loco hauled specials on this day, but quite a wealth of DMU combinations, including this one
which was formed of class 105 Cravens set 53359+54122 which was paired with class 101 set 53206+54058.
